All Pilates lessons take place at Kinespirit Circle Studios.

All yoga lessons take place at All Heart Yoga.

  • Yoga (origins from 5,000 BCE) focuses on flexibility, balance, and mindfulness through poses and breath work, while Pilates (developed by Joseph Pilates in the 20th century) emphasizes core strength, alignment, and controlled movement. Both complement each other for overall wellness, like PB&J. 😉

  • Fear not! I tailor each session to meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to create a nourishing and supportive environment where you can explore movement at your own pace, focusing on what feels right for your body.

  • I am certified in STOTT Pilates (Advanced Mat and Reformer). I have a 200H yoga teacher certification, and have 10,000 hours of personal practice.

  • Kat’s class feels like a therapeutic session for my body, but with longer-lasting benefits. Her carefully guided stretches, movements, and poses release tension, ease muscle strain, and relieve aches. The gentle flow she leads has changed my perspective on yoga, showing me that it’s not just an exercise but a practice anyone can benefit from, regardless of age.
